Mr. Pankaj M. Kadakia is B.Sc. from Bombay University B.S (Chemical Engineering) and M.S. (polymer materials) from Polytechnic Institute Brooklyn, New York. He possesses rich, wide and varied business experience of about 40 years in the Chemical Industry. He is Past president of Federation of Gujarat industries and Central Gujarat Chemical and Control. He has been associated with the Company in the capacity of the Director since 26th June, 1974.
Dr. Niranjan Pandya

Dr. Niranjan M. Pandya is B.A (Economics), M.A (Economics), Ph. D (Economics), Ph. D. thesis on “working of the International Monetary system : A Critical Evaluation” he is having Teaching experience of over 30 years at graduate and post graduate level Taught International Economics, Classical Economics and Agricultural Economics at M.A. He has been associated with the Company in the capacity of the Non Executive Independent Director since 20th November, 2009.
Dr. Indula Panchal

Dr. Indula Panchal, an MD in Anesthesia, retired as Head of the Department of Anesthesia, T. N. Medical College & Nair Hospital Mumbai in 2000, she was free-lancing and was a part-time Professor in a private medical college. She was also Hon. Consultant at the Harkisondas Hospital and the Jag jivan Ram Railway Hospital, Mumbai. She is having rich experience of about 50 years in the area of medicine and administration. She has been associated with the Company in the capacity of the Non Executive Woman Director since 15th June, 2016.
Dr. Taradatt Tiwari

Dr. T.D. Tiwari is M.A. (Economics), M.Com. (Human Resource), M.B.A. (Human Resource), Doctorate of Philosophy (Ph.D) (Economics) from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. He possesses rich, wide and varied Teaching, Administration & Government Research experience of about 35 years. He has been associated with the Company in the capacity of the Non Executive Independent Director since 20th July, 2018.
